In 2016, Bridget Hannon, a talented make-up artist for Chanel, launched Blush + Blow in Parsons Green. Her vision was to create a one-stop destination for hair and beauty services. Guided by her philosophy of nurturing and supporting people with strong values and positive attitudes, Bridget built a team that extended the same care and commitment to their clients. This unique approach resulted in a service experience that women across London found irresistible.

The salon’s pristine treatment rooms became home to Aesthetician Dr. K and Skin Expert Abbi, whose expertise and use of top-tier products delighted clients. Their popularity led to soaring demand for advanced laser, skin, and aesthetic treatments, prompting the opening of a dedicated Skin Studio right next to Blush + Blow.

As the business grew, new clinicians like Dr. Nicola, Morgan, and Ionela joined the team, attracting a loyal clientele from across the UK. Recognizing the booming market for laser, skin, and aesthetic treatments, Bridget took a bold step to prepare the business for further expansion.

She assembled a high-performance operational team, bringing in her sister Justine, with a background in managing luxury hotels, Luke, the General Manager from luxury retailer Mulberry, and her long-time friend Kate, an Organizational Development Practitioner. Together, they laid the groundwork for scaling the Blush + Blow brand while maintaining its exceptional standards of care and service.
