Federica’s passion for nails stemmed from one of her own struggles – a habit of nail-biting. Determined to overcome this, she enrolled in a Nail Extensions course while pursuing a psychology degree at university. Not only did she conquer her habit, but she also discovered a profound love for the craft.

Her newfound enthusiasm for beauty quickly grew, leading her to a pivotal decision: she would turn her passion into her profession. In 2014, Federica moved to London to advance her career, starting as a manager in a vibrant and fast-paced beauty salon. There, she honed her skills, expressed her creativity, and built a reputation for her expertise and warmth.

Federica’s dedication and talent earned her a loyal clientele, and in 2017, she took the bold step of starting her own business. With the unwavering support of her husband and encouragement from her clients, she established Finsbury Beauty & Nails in the very community that had embraced her.
