Bianca's journey into the beauty industry began in 2013 when she transitioned from being a Counter Manager at Barclays Bank to driving buses. While driving, she realized her passion for creativity and began getting her lashes done. Inspired, she decided to pursue a career in lashing. Since then, Bianca has grown Beelashfull into an internationally recognized brand, servicing celebrities and clients from Denmark to Lagos.

An award-winning lash stylist, Bianca excels in classic and volume lashes, winning the first-ever Kim K styling award in 2017. She also developed her own ombre henna brow technique. As a perfectionist, she became a master trainer for Agnes Permanent, bringing Ombrebrows to the UK.

Alongside lashes, Bianca is a qualified sugarista and piercer, passionate about sharing her knowledge through beauty training courses. Now a qualified aesthetic practitioner, she's constantly pushing boundaries and setting new standards in the industry.
