I am a queer, neurodiverse migrant practitioner whose work centers on consent and body autonomy. My approach combines somatics, bodywork, and coaching, creating unique sessions that foster nervous system resilience, emotional processing, and a deeper connection with the body. Each session invites listening and responding to areas of the body seeking connection, holding, or pleasure. My practice prioritizes sustainable nourishment and rest over firm massage techniques, encouraging softness, vulnerability, and embodied communication.
