The Skin Works

We are an esteemed, award-winning skin care and training facility exclusively catering to women aged 18 and above. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our stringent appointment policies. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any changes to your scheduled visit. Late cancellations incur a 30% fee, while missed appointments are subject to a 50% charge. To maintain our high standards of service, we enforce a two-strike policy for late cancellations and no-shows, after which future bookings may be restricted. Additionally, failure to settle fees for the first occurrence may result in a temporary booking suspension until payment is received.
