Aromatherapy Massage

The aromatherapy massage blends calming Swedish massage techniques with the therapeutic benefits of essential oils.

First, your therapist conducts a brief consultation, performing a postural analysis and identifying any problem areas.
Then, they leave the room for you to undress privately while they prepare the aromatic massage blend.
The session begins with gentle compressions to warm muscles, progressing to a combination of gliding strokes, kneading, and friction techniques using the scented oil.
Afterward, your therapist may suggest a self-care routine and recommend any follow-up sessions if needed.

The addition of aromatherapy enhances both the relaxation and therapeutic effects of the massage.
