- Preparation: You'll have private time to undress while your therapist prepares aromatic essential oils blended with massage cream or oil.
- The Massage: Starting with gentle compressions to warm muscles, your therapist uses long strokes, kneading, and friction techniques with the fragrant oil.
- Aftercare: Post-massage, your therapist will suggest a personalized self-care routine and recommend any follow-up sessions if needed.
