Patch Test Requirements

For your safety and optimal results, patch testing is mandatory in the following situations:

• First-time colour clients at SALT must complete a patch test
• Existing clients who haven't received colour services within the past 6 months

All patch tests must be completed a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. These tests are available during regular salon hours, Monday through Saturday. Schedule your patch test conveniently through our online booking system.

Appointment Guidelines

Please be aware of our scheduling policies:

• Appointments may be adjusted by up to 15 minutes to maximize scheduling efficiency
• Arrivals 20 minutes or more past your appointment time may result in rescheduling
• Late cancellation fees may apply for significantly delayed arrivals
• Service completion may occur before your allocated time slot ends
