Patch Test Requirements

• First-time clients at SALT require a patch test at least 48 hours before their appointment.
• Existing clients who haven't had a colour service in the last six months also need a patch test 48 hours prior.

Patch tests can be completed in the salon during opening hours.

Booking and Timing Policy

• We may adjust your booking by 15 minutes to optimize the schedule.
• If you are late by 20 minutes or more, your appointment may be rescheduled, and late cancellation fees could apply.
