**PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
Hair must be freshly washed and detangled without any product, this includes leave-in conditioners, hair oil, hair grease.
A detangle charge will automatically be added if hair is not able to be combed easily with a wide tooth comb. The cost is £10 for every 15 minutes taken to detangle the clients hair.
If hair is not free from product and the hair has a white residue, the stylists or the salon will not be held responsible and full payment will still be required and no refunds or compensation will be made.
