APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
- No Additional Children or Guests: Kindly do not bring extra children or guests with you to your appointment.
- Hair Preparation: If you haven’t booked a wash service, please come with freshly washed and blow-dried hair, free from any grease, oils, or leave-in conditioners. A £30 fee will be charged if your hair is not properly cleaned.
- Work-Free Zone: To fully enjoy your appointment, please avoid working during your visit. Consider taking the day off if possible.
- Minimise Distractions: Help keep a focused environment by limiting phone use and video watching. Avoid giving children iPads or other devices, as this can hinder their cooperation and make it harder for the stylist to work effectively.
- Video Recording: If you wish to record your service, please ask the stylist for permission beforehand.
- No Eating: Eating is not allowed inside the salon.
