Sculptra, is made of poly-lactic acid or PLLA - SCA
It is a collagen biostimulator for regenerating treatments. Is used to stimulate collagen in order to reduce wrinkles and laxity, increase the elasticity of the skin, the glow and restores loss of volume. Ideal for softening of facial lines and skin hydration. Suitable for both males and females clients.
Can not be used on periorbital areas, under eyes, forehead, nose, chin or lips. Ideal for clients over the age of 40, promotes collagen type I and type II by 66.5% after 3 months. Normally applied to the temples, sides of face and jawline.
It's normally done on a course of 3 - 4 treatments 45 days apart after initial course, depending on the clients needs,. Has a long lasting affects of 24 months after initial treatment. Maintenance or top up treatments can start 115 - 18 months after initial course of treatments.
