All chemical services consultation & skintest

A consultation is required for new clients that wish to book a chemical service or current clients to discuss a change to existing services. Existing colour clients must update their skin test every 6months to comply with our manufacturers & insurance guidelines. Please have 3 different inspiration pictures on your phone of hair looks you like, to assist us in interpreting your ideas! If you then decide to go ahead and book a future appointment, a booking fee will be required that will come off your final bill. Booking fees are non refundable but can be transferred to a different date as long as it’s within our 48hr timeframe. (72hrs in December) if appointment is moved more than three times, the booking fee will be lost.
