Pre-Service Requirements

All weave extensions require washing prior to application. Alternatively, you may select our professional 'Wash Bundles' hair service for your convenience.

Premium quality extensions are available for purchase through our dedicated product website, offering luxury options for all your hair needs.

Hair Preparation Guidelines

For pre-washed hair, ensure your hair is completely detangled and sectioned into 4 parts before your appointment. If assistance is needed, you can add our 'detangle hair service' when making your booking.

Appointment Schedule

Final weave appointments are accepted until:

• 4:00 PM Monday through Friday
• 3:30 PM on Saturday

Booking Modifications

Appointments may be changed or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.

Punctuality Policy

Clients arriving 10-15 minutes late will incur a £25 late fee. Appointments will be cancelled and require rescheduling if clients arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Weekend Service Notice

This booking option is not available for Sunday and Monday appointments. Please select from our dedicated Sunday or Monday Out of Hours Menu located further down on our website.

Payment Terms

A deposit is mandatory for all bookings and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
