Pre-Stretched Hair Requirement
Pre-stretched hair is mandatory. If needed, we provide hair—just select the ‘Add Pre-stretched Extension’ option when booking.

Hair Preparation
Make sure your hair is completely detangled and divided into 4 sections. If it takes our stylist over 15 minutes to detangle your hair, a ‘detangle hair’ fee will be added to your booking.

Late Arrival Policy

• If you arrive 10–15 minutes late, a £25 late fee will apply.
• Appointments will be cancelled and need to be rescheduled if you are more than 15 minutes late.

Booking Restrictions for Sundays and Mondays
Do not select this option if booking on Sunday or Monday. Instead, please choose from our Sunday or Monday Out of Hours Menu found further down on our website.

Deposit and Terms
A deposit is required and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
