Hair Service Details & Booking Terms
This hair service does not include hair extensions. Your natural hair is used for this style.
Wash and blow dry is NOT included. If you require a wash and blow dry, please select the option from our Natural Hair Menu.
- Please arrive with your hair thoroughly detangled and sectioned into 4 parts.
- If detangling takes our stylist over 15 minutes, a 'detangle hair' fee will be added to your booking.
Late Policy:
- £25 late fee for arrivals 10-15 minutes after your appointment time
- Appointments cancelled if over 15 minutes late (subject to rescheduling)
Important Notes:
- This service is not available Sundays & Mondays - please book from our Sunday/Monday Out of Hours Menu
- A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings
