Please be sure to have your hair thoroughly detangled and in 4 sections. If it takes our hair stylist longer than 15 minutes to detangle your hair we will have to add ‘detangle hair’ to your booking. If clients are 10-15 minutes late, a late fee charge of £25 will be added. Late hair appointments will be cancelled and subject to reschedule if clients are more than 15 minutes late.
