Hair Preparation Requirements

All weave extensions require washing prior to installation. Alternatively, you may select our 'Wash Bundles' hair service for convenience.

Premium luxury extensions are available for purchase through our dedicated product website.

Pre-Washed Hair Guidelines

If your hair arrives pre-washed, ensure it is completely detangled and sectioned into 4 parts. Our 'detangle hair service' can be added to your appointment if assistance is needed.

Final Appointment Times

Last weave appointments are scheduled as follows:

• 4:00 PM Tuesday through Friday
• 3:30 PM Saturday

Booking Modifications

Appointments may be modified up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.

Lateness Policy

Clients arriving 10-15 minutes late will incur a £25 late fee. Appointments will be cancelled and require rescheduling if clients arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Weekend Scheduling Notice

This booking option is not available for Sunday and Monday appointments. Please select from our Sunday or Monday Out of Hours Menu located further down on our website.

Deposit Terms

A deposit is mandatory and is non-refundable under all circumstances.
