Pre-Washed Hair GuidelinesIf your hair arrives pre-washed, ensure it is completely detangled and divided into 4 equal sections. Add our 'detangle hair service' to your appointment if assistance is needed.
Final Appointment TimesOur latest weave installation appointments are scheduled for:
- 4:00 PM Tuesday through Friday
- 3:30 PM Saturday
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.
Punctuality PolicyClients arriving 10-15 minutes late will incur a £25 late fee. Appointments will be cancelled and require rescheduling if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
Weekend Booking NoticeThis booking option is unavailable for Sunday and Monday appointments. Please use our dedicated Sunday or Monday Out of Hours Menu located further down our website.
Deposit TermsA non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings under any circumstances.
Service AgreementBooking this hair service constitutes acceptance of all stated terms and conditions.
