Hair Preparation Requirements

All weave extensions require washing prior to installation, or you may select our 'Wash Bundles' service for convenience.

We offer Luxury Extensions available for purchase through our dedicated product website.

Pre-Washed Hair Instructions

If bringing pre-washed hair, ensure it is completely detangled and sectioned into 4 parts. Add our 'detangle hair service' to your booking if assistance is needed.

Final Appointment Times

Last weave appointments are scheduled at:

• 4:00PM Tuesday through Friday
• 3:30PM Saturday

Booking Changes

Appointments may be modified up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.

Punctuality Policy

Clients arriving 10-15 minutes late will incur a £25 late fee. Appointments will be cancelled and require rescheduling if clients arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Weekend Scheduling Notice

This booking option is not available for SUNDAY or MONDAY appointments. Please use our Sunday or Monday Out of Hours Menu located further down our website.

Payment Terms

A deposit is mandatory and is completely NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.
