Hair Preparation Requirements

All weave extensions require washing prior to your appointment. Alternatively, you may select our 'Wash Bundles' service for added convenience.

Pre-Washed Hair Guidelines

If your hair has been pre-washed, ensure it is completely detangled and sectioned into 4 parts before your appointment. Add our 'detangle hair service' to your booking if assistance is needed.

Final Appointment Times

Last weave appointments are scheduled for:

• 5:00 PM Tuesday through Friday
• 3:30 PM Saturday

Booking Modifications

Appointments may be changed up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.

Punctuality Policy

Clients arriving 10-15 minutes late will incur a £25 late fee. Appointments will be cancelled and require rescheduling if clients arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Weekend Service Notice

This booking option is not available for Sunday and Monday appointments. Please select from our Sunday or Monday Out of Hours Menu located further down on our website.

Deposit Terms

A deposit is mandatory and is non-refundable under all circumstances.
