Hair Extension Preparation Requirements

All hair extensions require washing prior to application, or you may select our professional 'Wash Weave & Style' service for your convenience.

We offer high-quality Luxury Extensions available for purchase through our dedicated product website.

Pre-Service Hair Preparation

For clients with 'Pre-Washed' hair, ensure your hair is completely detangled and sectioned into 4 parts before arrival. If assistance is needed, you can add our 'detangle hair service' when making your reservation.

Final Appointment Times

Our last weave service appointments are scheduled as follows:

• 5:00 PM Tuesday through Friday
• 3:30 PM Saturday

Booking Modifications and Punctuality Policy

Appointment changes are accepted up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.

Clients arriving 10-15 minutes late will incur a £25 late arrival fee. Appointments will be cancelled and require rescheduling if clients arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Weekend Service Notice

This booking option is not available for SUNDAY and MONDAY appointments. For these days, please select from our specialized Sunday or Monday Out of Hours Menu located further down on our website.

Deposit Policy

A deposit is mandatory for all bookings and is completely NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
