- Children’s Hair Appointments: Available ONLY Tuesday through Thursday, with new availability on Sundays. If you have booked a Saturday appointment, you will be contacted to reschedule.
- Please ensure your child’s hair is fully detangled and divided into 4 sections before the appointment. If detangling takes longer than 15 minutes, a ‘detangle hair’ service will be added to your booking.
- We understand that some children may need extra time to settle or sit calmly during their appointment.
- If the appointment lasts more than 2 hours, an additional charge of £10 per hour will apply.
- If you anticipate needing extra time, we recommend booking additional hours in advance to help us manage our schedule effectively. Extra hours can be selected from our ‘Beah & Kadi Extras’ menu.
- A late fee of £25 will be charged if clients arrive 10-15 minutes late.
