Choose from a single cold dip of up to 10 minutes in the bath, or a Hot & Cold Therapy experience.
The Hot & Cold Therapy will include 3 rounds of 10 minutes in each the hot tub and the Lumi pod, totalling a 1hr experience.
If you’re feeling particularly brave or want that bit extra recovery, you may choose to add ice!
