Vacuum therapy is a non-invasive treatment that helps to eliminate fat, it has an exfoliating effect, improves elasticity to the skin and relaxes the muscles. It is carried out using suction devices that drain the adipose tissue and move the fat towards the lymphatic system. Areas can be treated: Tummy Waist Inner or Outer or Back or Front or Back of the Thighs Hips Bum Back (Bra) Fat Upper Arms We recommend a series of 6 sessions minimum for results on weekly basis. Duration of the session is 20 minutes per one area. How to prepare for your appointment: Before & after your treatment you should be eating healthy and following a low fat diet. Hydration is paramount so we recommend you drink at least 2 litres of water in the 24 hours leading up to your appointment as well as 72 hrs after your appointment.
