If it has been longer than eight weeks, it's not a regrowth and you will have to do a consultation first. Why eight weeks you ask? The structure of the hair changes after eight weeks of growth (keratin, cortex blah, blah, blah) and moves away from it's heat source, the scalp. So results start becoming unpredictable, especially on darker, courser hair types. We are not trying to rob you Bilbo, we are trying to make beautiful hair. High blondes are pricey and maintenance heavy. There's no way around it. So think carefully about your budget, time commitments, aftercare budget (no; boots stuff will not do) before you walk the platinum path. Lecture over. Be blonde, be beautiful.
