Ayurvedic Yoga Massage

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is a deeply therapeutic technique. We have helped clients with pains, aches, injuries, nerve pains, anxiety, depression, compromised immune systems, IBS, fibromyalgia and a host of other conditions. AYM can help the body rest and restore, and help strengthen the body's natural healing mechanisms. AYM treatments are adjusted to client needs on the day. We work with the breath, so that the body can feel safe to relax. Treatments can help induce a deep sense of relaxation and renewed energy, or also help soothe any pains, help restore from injuries, improve joint mobility, digestion, mental clarity, sleep quality, blood circulation, immune system function. Treatments include an oil massage with an ayurvedic powder (if appropriate), passive stretches and/or mobilisations.
