Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments are non-refundable. The full amount paid will be retained, and a new payment will be required to rebook.
If it’s your first time cancelling last minute, we may waive the fee depending on the situation. Repeated short-notice cancellations may result in booking restrictions.
For appointments booked within 24 hours, please cancel at least 4 hours in advance to avoid losing your payment.
This allows us to offer the slot to someone on our waiting list and keep things running smoothly.
