ProForm™ / Hard Gel / Acrylic Gel

Hard Gel – as the name suggests, this gel is much harder than soft builder gels. It offers less flexibility but provides greater strength. Hard gel is ideal for sculpting longer nail extensions, applying as an overlay on natural nails for those who tend to be heavy-handed, or for individuals whose nails are frequently exposed to chemicals. Acrylic Gel is a hybrid between gel and acrylic. It serves as a perfect alternative for those accustomed to or preferring acrylic nails. Essentially, it’s a gel combined with acrylic powder that is then cured under a UV or LED lamp. The durability of your gel nails depends on the gel brand, your age, nail type, and how well you follow aftercare instructions. Typically, gel nails last around three weeks.

• Infills are recommended because repeatedly removing and prepping the nails for new applications can cause damage.
• Infills are also more cost-effective over time.
