There is nothing worse than one or two broken nails out of an otherwise flawless manicure. First, your hands and nails are sanitised. Your therapist then removes your nail polish. Then the broken nail is filed down. Next, your cuticles are pushed back. Then the nail is reapplied and shaped to match your original manicure. Sometimes a quick nail repair fix is all you need to make your manicure last.
