Waxing is a method of hair removal in which we use strip wax to effectively remove hair from the root. At SBS we use Roll-ons as it contains the ideal amount of wax for one or more treatments, and they can be used on a single client without the risk of contamination because the remaining wax in the cartridge never touches the skin or is exposed to the outside environment. The skin is prepped with an oil to protect it from the wax, and after the waxing process is finished, we use an after waxing oil to soothe, calm, and remove the wax residue. To ensure proper removal, the hair must be at least 1/4 inch long.
