3-Month Postpartum Journey

At 3 months postpartum, I'm witnessing incredible changes. My little one now smiles, laughs, and tries to communicate. Their personality shines through each day!

My body continues its healing journey. While I'm not completely back to my pre-pregnancy self, I'm embracing these changes with gratitude. After all, this body created life.

Sleep remains challenging, but we're gradually developing routines. Those occasional longer stretches feel like precious gifts.

Emotionally, I experience both overwhelming joy and moments of overwhelm. I'm learning that's perfectly normal for this transition period.

To other parents at this stage - we're doing amazingly well! Remember to:

• Accept help when offered
• Take breaks when possible
• Celebrate small victories
• Be gentle with yourself

This journey transforms us daily. Though challenging, it's filled with indescribable love and rewards.
