Fascia Balancing - Head & Spine

This treatment is designed to re-establish alignment in your neck and back using direct Myofascial release and elements of Structural Integration to create optimal body alignment, ease pain or dysfunction and fascial restrictions. This treatment will help to balance and align neck and head, stabilise and open chest to allow relaxation of breathing, remove fixation in your mid-back as well all spinal muscles to allow more movement, flexibility and range of movement. It will address acute and chronic pain from past injuries. WHAT TO EXPECT? • Postural assessment, pictures might be taken to show before and after changes • Client will be involved to assist therapist during the treatment through movement and breathework. • Treatment is slower than usual to allow deeper and more specific work. • After care and rehabilitation exercises to prolong treatment outcomes.
