Reiki - Energy Medicine

A multi-dimensional, healing modality that works with one's energetic field. Through a combination of spoken exchange and mostly hands-off energetic work, Reiki delves into the unseen parts of yourself, seeking out gaps in your energetic field with the intention of healing and recovery. This practice invites you to explore a deeper relationship with your inner self, supported by smudging tools, crystals, and sound healing techniques. The natural procedures further enhance your treatment, integrating the four elements by incorporating clay wraps, herbal infusions, and cold compresses, these methods are designed to balance heat, reduce inflammation, and regulate your nervous system. This combination brings a profound, multi-sensory approach to your healing, creating a nurturing space where you can reconnect, restore, and find balance on all levels.
