Facilitations

Facilitations offer you the chance to book extra time for exploration with me.

Sometimes during treatments, there’s more to discuss—whether before or after your session—but due to tight appointment schedules, we don’t always get enough time together. That’s why I created this option, so between your treatments we can connect, review your progress, or introduce practices that enhance our sessions and support energetic shifts in your life.

Facilitations serve as a valuable complement to your treatments or can be scheduled as additional consultations via phone, FaceTime, or Zoom. This means you don’t need to be physically present, and they’re available daily—not just on Thursdays.

My clients have found these in-between sessions to be essential, insightful, and deeply supportive throughout their healing journey. Plus, they allow us to maximize the time spent during your Reiki treatments.
