90 minute foot & facial reflexology

This is the perfect treatment if you take a little longer to switch off and relax. Or if your stress levels are an 8/10 this one is for you. I start working the face with advanced facial reflexology for a 20 minute 'mesmerising' session with a divine toxic free face serum and then move seamlessly to the feet for a full 45/50 minute reflexology session, while you go deeper into the parasympathetic state. If you have sleep or stress problems or health conditions to address I would suggest booking a course of treatments instead of this longer session, as each session is cumulative and will build on the last and give you better results than a single session. If it is your first session we will do a slightly shorter consultation.
