Fascial Release Bodywork is a gentle & extremely effective treatment for chronic pain, reduced mobility and releasing negative emotional holding patterns from the body. It recognises and works with the connection between our physical & emotional health allowing the client to heal at the deepest level.
For many clients who feel they have tried everything, Fascial Release can provide a welcome relief from pain and discomfort.
YOUR FIRST TREATMENT
Your first treatment will be a 90 min session. This will include a consultation so we can discuss your medical history, carry out assessments if required & aims for the treatment. We will then lead into a bodywork session.
