Dear Valued Clients - Your Appointment Matters

Each appointment requires careful preparation and dedicated time to ensure you receive exceptional service during your visit.

When appointments are forgotten or cancelled without adequate notice, it prevents me from offering that time slot to other clients who are waiting for services. This impacts both my schedule and other clients' access to care.

To maintain consistent service availability, a booking fee is now required for all appointments. If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, please contact me as soon as possible to avoid forfeiting your booking fee.

The booking fee secures your appointment slot and must be paid at the time of booking. Your appointment will only be confirmed once payment is received.

Booking fees are non-refundable under normal circumstances. However, they can be transferred to a new appointment if you provide at least 48 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
