About the treatment This 40 minute treatment will begin with an exfoliating back scrub to remove dead skin cells, leaving the skin cleansed, refreshed and brighter. The scrub is removed with a hot towel and a soothing back massage follows using a natural oil to nourish the skin mixed with essential oil to relieve pain in muscles and joints as well as soothing and calming the mind. You are then turned over, your feet are cleaned with warm towels and a massage on the lower leg and foot follows with the same oil, releasing pain form the joints and muscles in this often neglected area. The treatment is completed with a relaxing scalp massage, relieving emotional stress and tension.
