Please read all website T&C's. Russian Volume ‘fans’ are applied to all natural lashes in this set. This adds darkness, thickness and fullness to the lashes. A glam look! If you like more glam darker look but don't want the 'fluffiness' then the fans can be adapted to create a 'wet-look'.
