Online health consultation + 1 herbal aromatherapy product

During the online consultation, we'll work together to understand and identify your health needs and how best we can use aromatherapy can support you. I use my training in Western Herbalism, Aromatherapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as Anatomy & Physiology and Pathology training to get a full picture of you and your health. I will then create and post you a bespoke organic product using a unique blend of herbal ingredients and essential oils to best support you with your needs. I can support you with sleep, anxiety, skin concerns, energy and motivation, hormonal concerns, digestive issues and more. I can also provide bespoke herbal tea blends at an additional cost.
