MLD Massage

The manual lymphatic drainage massage is a great way to reduce swelling. The practitioner will use a specialised massage technique to encourage the fluid away from the tissue towards your lymph nodes. Your body will then naturally eliminate the fluid. Lymphatic drainage helps to speed up your body’s natural healing process and improves the appearance of cellulite and accelerating metabolism. It can help shape and tone your body, reduce inflammation, relieve ‘heavy legs syndrome’ and prevent the appearance of varicose veins. Please note that this appointment is not a full body massage. Your practitioner will target an area of your choosing. For a full body lymphatic drainage massage, you can book our Lymphastim suit; a mechanical legging suit that performs the massage user free.
