- No makeup: Come with clean lashes—no eye makeup, mascara, or strip lashes.
- No caffeine: Avoid coffee or energy drinks for at least 3 hours before your appointment.
- Comfort is key: Wear comfortable clothes since you'll be lying down for at least 2 hours.
- Prepare some ideas: Bring lash style ideas to discuss with your technician.
- Use the bathroom: Make sure to go before the treatment begins.
