Cancellation Policy for Makeup Appointments

• Makeup appointments cancelled within 72 hours will incur a 50% charge of the remaining booking cost
• Cancellations made 24 hours before, on the day, or no-shows will be charged the full appointment fee
• No rescheduling is permitted - rescheduled appointments will be cancelled and require a new booking with fresh deposit
• All makeup appointment deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
