The 90 minute session is the perfect treatment if you take a little longer to switch off and relax. Or if your stress levels are an 8/10 this one is for you. I start working the face with advanced facial reflexology for a 20 minute 'mesmerising' session with a divine toxic free face serum and then move seamlessly to the feet for a full 45/50 minute reflexology session, while you go deeper into the parasympathetic state. This is where I will add the Red light therapy to your face or joints if it is reachable lying on your back. The machine is great for joint issues and also great for sleep and will give your face a soft feeling straight after. If this is your first treatment we will do a slightly shorter consultation.
