Indian Head Massage

An Indian Head Massaged is performed in our massage chair where you are sat in a relaxing and supported position which in itself brings comfort and calm. You will be asked to remove the top half of your clothing and be given a warm blanket to wrap yourself in before being supported on to the chair. We then start work on the upper back, upper arms and neck with soothing and relaxing deep massage techniques before then moving up to the head and performing a variety of Indian style techniques which can help to relieve tension, calm the mind, relax the body and bring overall wellness. Oils are used throughout, if you would prefer not to have oil used on your head, you will be able to request this during the consultation.
