During the consultation, we will ask you what you want from the massage and we will then go through some essential oil options with you so we can mix the perfect blend for you to use during your massage. You also get to choose which style massage you would prefer, whether it's Swedish style for more relaxation or a deep tissue style massage for increased benefits to the muscles and body in general. This style massage, is all about you.
