IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:

Patch Test:
All new clients, those who haven't previously received lash lift services with us, or pregnant clients must book a patch test through our booking system. This test must be completed 48 hours before your scheduled lash lift appointment.

Treatment Duration:
Lash lift appointments typically require 1 to 1.5 hours. Clients with exceptionally thick or numerous lashes may require the full 1.5 hours. Should your treatment exceed 1.5 hours, additional surcharges will apply.

Pre-Appointment Preparation:
You must arrive with completely clean lashes. Failure to do so may compromise the quality of your lift and could result in insufficient time to complete the treatment, potentially requiring rescheduling and forfeiture of any deposits paid. Please note that makeup removal time is not included in your appointment.

48-Hour Pre-Treatment Guidelines:
Discontinue use of mascara, lash curlers, and strip lashes for 2 days before your appointment.

Additional Pre-Appointment Instructions:

• Remove contact lenses before your appointment
• Complete any showers, gym sessions, or tanning treatments before your appointment
