Polynucleotides for Hair Growth and Regeneration

PLINEST® Hair by Mastelli is suitable for both men and women and can be applied to the scalp, eyebrows, or beard to enhance hair condition and quality. Derived from trout or salmon DNA, polynucleotides work at the cellular level to repair tissue and improve skin health. This innovative gel stimulates fibroblast activity, supports hair growth, boosts protein production, and promotes extracellular matrix (ECM) synthesis, resulting in better hair and scalp quality through bio-regeneration. The treatment does not require topical anesthetic; instead, a distraction tool is used, and ice packs are available for comfort. It is administered via mesotherapy, involving several minor intradermal injections in the selected area(s). The manufacturer recommends the following treatment plan:

• Phase I – Four sessions, spaced 14 days apart.
• Phase II – Four sessions, spaced 30 days apart, or combined with a PRP package (available only through your clinician).
