Pregnancy and Post-natal Massage

This treatment blends western and eastern approaches of massage and provides a holistic way to enable women connect with their bodies during pregnancy, and postpatrum. The treatment enable relaxation as well addressing tension, back pain, neck, shoulders, wrist pain,RSL, leg pain, swelling or stress. During the treatment you will be in side lying position accompanied by cushions to support your body. Gentle myofascial release techniques will help open up your body and create space, while trigger points will melt tension and "knots" in your body to bring back movement. Stretches will be applied at the end to increase mobility and ease pain. I will finish the treatment with 5min face and head massage.
